		<description>I loooove the taste of Red velvet cake, and this recipe was fabulous.  I find that powdered ort gel food colors not only work better colorwise (brighter, more vibrant colors), but 1) you don't need to use as much, and 2) you don't run the risk of somewhat watering down your cake batter.  My cake was a bright and REALLY red, similar to the reverse valentine cake I made, which you can view on my measly little website..LOL</description>

		<description>Yes, the recipe actually calls for 1/4 cup food coloring!  It's hard to find that quantity in regular grocery stores, so I often end up using a small bottle of red food coloring and adding enough water to it to equal 1/4 cup liquid.  The more food coloring you use the brighter in color your cupcakes will be, so it's really up to you in the end.</description>
