Jacques Torres, world renowned pastry chef and owner of Jacques Torres Chocolate, will be giving a free talk at the French Culinary Institute about starting a chocolate business. The class will be held on March 2 at 6:00 pm, so those of us with day jobs can still attend. Availability is limited, RSVP required.
