Starting a Chocolate Business

Jacques Torres, world renowned pastry chef and owner of Jacques Torres Chocolate, will be giving a free talk at the French Culinary Institute about starting a chocolate business. The class will be held on March 2 at 6:00 pm, so those of us with day jobs can still attend. Availability is limited, RSVP required.

I went to Jaques Torres’ Brooklyn location last winter to have some hot chocolate – WOW! The very best I’ve ever tasted!

Yes, it is quite good. If you like hot chocolate you can get different flavors every day of the week from The City Bakery through the end of February. The flavors for each day are:
22 – Darkest Dark
23 – Bourbon
24 – Espresso
25 – Chili Pepper
26 – Milk Chocolate
27 – Banana Peel
28 – Caramel
