What a clever presentation! Personally, I would use shredded wheat instead of the jimmies, because I’m afraid of a sugar overload. I also love shredded wheat anyway. Mmmm, another one of Alice’s recipes to try.

As the only coconut lover is this coconut phobic household, I too find Jimmies a creative alternative. But then again, if I use coconut, I won’t have to share!

Coconut, of course! I actually forgot about coconut when thinking of things to use for texture. I know a lot of people who don’t like coconut too, so these would work, although I’ll have to make another batch with it for myself

Jimmies… from the photo I would have assumed coconut for a nest. This is a great alternative for my coconut-phobic friends (something about boys not liking coconut… they all claim its *girl* food). These are such creative cupcakes!
