Sterling Truffle Bars

Sterling Truffle Bars

The Sterling Truffle Bar takes art and chocolate to a new length. The triangular shaped bars are covered in hand painted custom designs and filled with beautiful layers of fruit, nut or liqueur flavored ganache. Sterling’s creative flavors include Double Hazlenut Caramel, Rocky Road, Cappuccino Liqueur, Banana Honey Caramel, White Chocolate Raspberry and Peppermint and Strawberry Orange Liqueur. Seasonal designs are available for Spring, Valentines Day and Christmas. Sterling recommends slicing the truffle bar to serve, but you may be tempted to treat it like a standard candy bar and just dig in.

Have you tried these? I don’t know anyone who has tried them. I would like to, but they are a little expensive if they don’t end up being fantastic. I am more willing to pay that price if I get lots of different flavors that way I will probably like at least a few of them.

I’ve tried the hazelnut caramel truffle bar and the rocky road and found them both to be delicious and definately a tasty experience. I would recommend purchasing them from a reputable source (professional cutlery direct may have been discounted, but the rocky road they sent was also moldy - ).

WHAT DO YOU THINK?
