I just made the Bianca cocoa and all it reminds me of is hot Trix cereal. Trix. Yes. Odd. Likeable in a nostalgic (for me) kind of way but not something I would consider gourmet, couture, worth $25, etc. Also not something I would crave - I don't think. I guess we'll see. Also, in my mug it is creating a yellow film on the top as it cools. Very unappealing. Perhaps I did something wrong? But I don't think so. Final words: if you can get this for free or a glass of it for a couple dollars, its different and worth a try. I wouldn't buy the whole box though unless you really love Trix. Ok.
