Ooh, these look very pretty. I first saw Chocolat Moderne at the Chocolate Show 2 years ago and was impressed by their solid chocolate bar that had some kick to it without going overboard. Yes, these little truffles are gorgeous. The picture doesn’t do it justice. I actually just stopped by her studio for the first time to pick up a few Lychee rounds that I ordered. The place was filled with truffles but I didn’t get a chance to stay long. I think she’s very busy with all the recent (and well deserved) attention. Chocolat Moderne is one of my favorites.
