The picture doesn't do it justice. I actually just stopped by her studio for the first time to pick up a few Lychee rounds that I ordered. The place was filled with truffles but I didn't get a chance to stay long. I think she's very busy with all the recent (and well deserved) attention. Chocolat Moderne is one of my favorites. I first saw Chocolat Moderne at the Chocolate Show 2 years ago and was impressed by their solid chocolate bar that had some kick to it without going overboard. (It had some habenero!)
