Fancy Food Show

NASFT Fancy Food Show - New York, July 10-12, 2005 Today is the last day to register online for the NASFT Fancy Food Show from July 10-12, 2005 in New York City. The Fancy Food Show has been around for over 50 years, and brings together specialty food retailers from around the world. Over 1,000 exhibitors will be in attendance, including Chocolate Moderne, Knipschildt Chocolatier, Vosges Haut-Chocolat and more. 101 Cookbooks posted a great round up of the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco earlier this year, and got me excited to attend the summer version in New York City. Everything from appetizers to desserts will be featured, but I’ll probably skip the main meal as usual and head straight for the sweets.

Heidi’s post got me excited too! I’ve been mentally planning a trip to San Francisco all around next year’s show. :)

I’m glad you’ve brought up the huge difference between on site tickets and advance.

Don’t pay to go to the show! Work at the show like I did. About 7 years ago I worked at the oregen chai booth. It was through a company called food temps. I am sure you can get paid to attend!
