Save the date! PastryScoop’s 2nd annual Sweet Success Conference will be held at the French Culinary Institute on Sunday, October 16th. Full details of the event have not been released yet, but pastry chefs from Jean Georges, Daniel, Sweet Melissa Patisserie, The Chocolate Bar, Martha Stewart Living and more have promised to offer demonstrations.
