The Champagne Wishes Valentine’s Day sale is now on! This special offering will be available from February 1 - 10, 2006, with guaranteed delivery on or before Valentine’s Day. This is a big step forward for Amai, and we have worked hard to improve our offering. We now have an official logo and custom packaging (thanks to our talented designer, Trina Elstner) and have made several strides forward in streamlining baking, packaging and shipping. Brownies are now prepared in individual pans to guarantee consistent sizing (and avoid hours of cutting), and heat sealed in its own wrapper immediately after baking to preserve freshness. For Valentine’s day we have also topped each brownie with a little red heart to show our love for you (and the brownie, of course).

Hi Everyone — Thank you for alerting me of this! I have been trying it myself and it seems to be working, and we’ve had orders come through so it may have been a temporary problem. I just got my brownies and they are almost too cute for words!! You really should have a picture of your packaging. Now I wish I bought three times as many to give out as Valentines! The fortunes are so funny too. My two favorites:

In one word, “Wow!” The brownies are fantastic. I gave them to some of my co-workers as a day-after-Valentine’s treat- and they all loved them. I think the packaging helped with keeping the moisture just right after a tran-continental journey. The packaging is simply beautiful - even down to the nutrition info on the bottom…and yes, I peeked :). Congratulations on a job well done….
