Open to amateurs and professionals, workshops will be held throughout the day on topics including Chocolate & Wine, The Do’s and Don’t of Dough, Dessert Cocktails and more. You will also hear from local chefs including Philippe Gatto from Le Pain Quotidien and Sam Mason from wd~50 (known for making desserts with vegetables!) This conference is a great way to meet professionals in the industry and get exposed to wide range of topics. Good food and free giveaways also make the day as fun as it is educational.
