This Saturday I will be giving my first “professional” chef demo (complete with pro chef picture!) at Macy’s in Herald Square. In honor of Macy’s annual flower show, the theme will be using tea and flowers (tisane) in food and drink. I’ll be showing the audience different ways to steep, grind and mix tea to get the best flavor and texture into your favorite recipes. We will be preparing chamomile and lavender cupcakes and tea lattes during the demo, which the first 65 attendees will get to sample. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so stop by early. wow - that´s great! I´d love to attend the demo and learn more about because i love tea and what amazing possibilities it offers but unfortunately live too far away!
Tried of course your matcha cookie recipe and i like very much my tea-infused chocolate ganache…write a book! I´d be the first in the bookstore
I think Cocoa South may have hit on a really great idea!!! Write about your journey that brought you to where you are & where you want to go…I’m already anxious to read the sequel!
I’ve had chamomile in my garden, but never in a cupcake. I’ll bet it’s delicious and it definitely says Spring is here. Hope the show was a success. Great picture!
OK, that picture isn’t of any bakery chef, it’s obviously a super model. And like a super model, I see you brought your entourage with you complete with a body guard and assistant. Wow, I smell a new series on the food channel or maybe the fashion channel. This could get interesting. Congratulations, Kelli!

Hey, it was lovely meeting you at the demo! You were really easy to follow and the cupcakes were delicious! (which I liked more than the latte)
