Thanks for all the nices matcha recipes!
Iam searching for the matcha pie recipes. I have eat it ones, it was really yammy. Try to search the recipe but cant find it have you any tips?

Hi Kelli,

I’ve been wandering for a long time, looking for THE Green Tea recipe. Thank you. Now I found it.

I just baked them this evening, and somewhere in Paris, 2 stomachs are full with these gorgeous “sablés”.

I followed your advice and doubled the quantity, then froze a half.
