An international chocolate extravaganza at the 92nd Street Y brought together chocolate experts and fine vendors from around the world for a night of discussion, tasting and ultimately, over indulgence of all things chocolate.
John Scharffenberger, Co-Founder of Scharffen Berger Chocolates, will be teaching a course in international chocolate tasting on May 5.
